The Site does not offer or sell any products or services, provide investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, constitute an offer to sell or solicitation to buy any securities or digital assets, provide custody, trading, brokerage, exchange, or wallet services, or facilitate transactions of any kind. Nothing on the Site constitutes a recommendation, endorsement, or investment advice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
